New regulation ADR and RID 2017 in force

Regulations and transitional periode

Starting with January 1st, 2017, the new regulations for continental transportation of dangerous goods in Europe are in force. According to subsection 1.6.1.1. of ADR and RID 2017, the transportation of dangerous goods may be performed until June 30th, 2017 under regulations which were valid until December 31st, 2016 as well as according to the new regulations.
