Dealing with irregularities in containers with dangerous goods (ADR/RID/IMO/ICAO) 2026

New pricelist for dealing with irregularities in containers with dangerous goods in port Koper (from 1.1.2026 onwards)

Dear partners,

In accordance with the law on the transport of dangerous goods, the sender is responsible to hand over properly labeled container for transportation with ADR / RID / IMO / ICAO content. In case of acceptance of container on the wagon with damaged or missing DG labels, we will make proper labeling and marking in accordance with DG Regulations. Costs for installation of proper labels and markings will be charged without confirmation of freight payer in accordance with the current price list for each terminal.For any irregularities, we will provide visual material before/after our intervention.

In case that declared goods and markings on the ITU does not match, container will not depart- until it is not known what actual cargo is. For such cases, all additional costs will be invoiced to the payer of transport. Please note that prices dealing with irregularities  from Koper from 1.1.2026 will change.
