Notice of Transition from KOMAR to SI.Net+

Dear Business Partners,

We would like to inform you that, effective 3 May 2026, the current intermodal product KOMAR will be discontinued. Over the past twenty years, KOMAR has represented a joint logistics product of Adria Kombi and SŽ Tovorni promet(SŽ-cargo).

Throughout its period of operation, the KOMAR product has played an important role in supporting the Slovenian economy and has provided numerous customers with efficient intermodal logistics solutions between Port of Koper and inland terminals in Slovenia.

In recent months, business and cost conditions related to railway services have changed significantly, affecting the economic sustainability of the existing product. Due to changes in cooperation conditions and cost structure, the KOMAR product in its current form will therefore be discontinued.

We would also like to emphasize that railway service costs have increased considerably in the recent period, directly affecting intermodal transport costs and the formation of new sales prices. If the KOMAR product were to continue under the current model, the price increase for customers would be significantly higher than under the new SI.Net+ product.(Slovenian Intermodal Network+)

In order to ensure continued service quality and adapt to new market conditions, Adria Kombi is introducing a new intermodal product, SI.Net+, based on an adjusted organizational and pricing model.

Key Features of SI.Net+
-service prices will be determined according to container weight and size,
-preparation of T1 documentation and DIZ / DVH will be included in the service price,
-the above documentation will be charged as an integral part of the service regardless of whether it is prepared by the customer or by Adria Kombi.

Important Notice
- Prices do not apply to industrial sidings.
- Rail connections to industrial sidings will no longer be provided within the railway part of the service.
- Truck deliveries within Slovenia: The diesel surcharge will be adjusted in line with fuel price changes in Slovenia, at least on a monthly basis.
