Establishment of a limited partnership with the Yukombi d.o.o. company as general partner.

Company name changed to Adria kombi d.o.o. and the limited partnership to Adria kombi in drugi k.d. - - -
Adria kombi becomes UIRR member.
1994
Three intermodal terminals Koper (port), Ljubljana (continental intermodal terminal) and Maribor (rolling motorway).
1995
Oekombi GmbH, Vienna becomes shareholder of Adria kombi.
2006
All limited partners are no longer shareholders of the company.
2013
Share by Oekombi transferred to its owner RCA, Vienna. - - -
The Adria kombi d.o.o. in drugi k.d. limited partnership is merged with the general partner and has been operating since then as a limited liability company.
